Division B Success Plan

The Division plan to help strengthen struggling clubs:
Division B will strengthen struggling clubs by working with current club members, listening to issues and together finding ways to address the variety of challenges that struggling clubs face. The Division has four Area Governors who locally will work with clubs, asking for assistance and resources from the Division and potentially the District as appropriate.

Governor Dawn Wilson’s plan to engage and motivate Area Governors:
The Division Governor will keep Area Governors engaged and motivated by keeping the lines of communication open, listening for feedback on how the Division and potentially the District can provide assistance.

The Division will pursue opportunities to develop leadership by:
The Division will expand opportunities to develop leadership in the division by asking members to take an active lead in organizing a Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) and speech contests.

The Division plan to develop new club opportunities:
New club opportunities will be developed by listening to opportunities from coorporate and communities that are interested in finding out more information about forming a Toastmasters Club.

Governor Dawn Wilson’s plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
The Division will assist clubs in meeting their educational goals this year by providing information and working with the Area Governors who are aware of issues and challenges of the clubs in their area.

Division B will support Area and Club marketing efforts by:
The Division will support Area and Club marketing efforts by working on opportunities with the Area Governors and Club Officers.

The District can help Division B achieve success by:
Providing resources identified by the Clubs, Area, and Division officers.
